I am staying at Pop Century in April 2024. Pop Century used to pick up the luggage from the airport. Is Pop Century still picking up the luggage or do I have to get my luggage?

Welcome back to planDisney, Mary Ann!

Thank you for sending another great question our way. It is a pleasure to continue to assist you as you plan your upcoming adventure at The Most Magical Place on Earth!

Please note that the Walt Disney World Resort no longer provides transportation between Orlando International Airport and Disney Resorts Collection hotels. All Guests staying at a Disney Resort hotel must make their own transportation arrangements, including luggage transfer.

There are a number of options to take you from the airport to your Disney Resort hotel. I have been using the services provided by Mears Connect, a company offering airport transfers between the airport and resorts located in the Walt Disney World Resort area. For more details and booking information, I recommend visiting their website. My personal experience is that Guests must collect their luggage and take it with them to board the motorcoach. Please note this service is not owned or operated by the Walt Disney World Resort.

In addition, you can also use rideshare services like Uber and Lyft, private car services, taxis, or rent a car. If you decide to rent a car, remember that Guests staying at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel can enjoy complimentary standard parking at their resort and the theme parks.

I hope this information is helpful, Mary Ann. Do not hesitate to visit us if you have additional questions, and have an unforgettable visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!

    Best magical wishes,
