Hi staying @ pop cent 8/22-8-29 w/ 9yo & 1yo girls & on a budget we rented a car to buy groceries & eat off site, also plan on bringing water snack etc in parks & have bought $ store ponchos & souvenirs any other money saving tips? Thx

    Hi Jessica!

Wow, you have come up with some excellent ideas for saving money while you are on your Walt Disney World vacation!  I would recommend bringing food and drinks into the park in a back pack, bag, or small soft-sided cooler (the cooler cannot have wheels). Just make sure that your food and drink are not in a glass container.  One of my best tips is to put frozen water or ice in a ziploc bag in a soft-sided cooler which can then fit in a back pack or a small bag to keep your food and drinks cool.  If you leave a Park to get food off property then you will lose time in the that Park so bringing your lunch or dinner will actually give you more time in the Parks.  Also eating breakfast in your Resort room with groceries that you have purchased will save you money.  You can also enjoy the pools at Pop Century because you are staying there!

I hope that your next trip to Walt Disney World is truly magical and filled with happy memories!

    Keep Dreaming Big!
