    We are staying at the Polynesian in September. My girls are 3 &4, I was wondering if I could send a box of their favorite snacks before we get there. Also How would we get to HS and Animal Kingdom, We are staying for 8 days.

    Hi there, Amy!

    You've made an absolutely fantastic decision by choosing to stay at Disney's Polynesian Resort right on the monorail line, especially with your little ones!! I'm so excited for you!

    You can absolutely ship a box of your girls' favorite snacks to the Resort prior to your arrival. All you'll need to do is ship it to the attention of the person to whom the reservation is under. Just as an example, if the Resort reservation is under your husband's name, be sure to address it to him. Underneath the name, put your arrival date along with the words "Hold for Guest". Under that, you'll address it to:

    Disney's Polynesian Resort
    1600 Seven Seas Drive
    Lake Buena Vista, Florida 32830-8423

    When you arrive to check in, just let the front desk Cast Member know that you have a box waiting for you and they will go grab it! Simple as that! I'm so glad that you have 8 days to really take it all in. You'll definitely want to spend some time at your Resort pool and your kiddos will just love the sandy beach! In fact, watching Wishes nighttime spectacular from a hammock on that beach is one of our family's very favorite things to do at Walt Disney World!

    For transportation from your Resort to Disney's Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom, you'll be able to take a Disney bus directly to either of those Parks.
