We are staying at the Polynesian resort this October, I work out every morning and did not realize our resort did not have a fitness center. Do I have any options?

    Hi Mary,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thank you for your question. Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort is so absolutely gorgeous, and it features some of my very favorite food and drink at Walt Disney World. Working out every day is a very good idea after all the Dole Whips and Kona Café sushi I eat when at that amazing resort!

Mary, I’m happy to set your mind at ease, because Guests at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort are welcome to use the fitness center at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, which is located right next door. There is a gorgeous waterfront pathway connecting the two resorts, so you can enjoy a beautiful morning walk or jog over to the fitness center before starting your Disney day. Also, if you happen to stay up a little later than usual because you’re enjoying a tropical cocktail or two at Trader Sam’s Grog Grotto – hakuna matata, because that fitness center is open 24-hours per day.

Enjoy every minute of your autumn vacation to Walt Disney World, Mary!

    Wishing you a magical vacation,
    Robyn
