Staying at the polynesian resort for daughter's 6th birthday. We are there 11/11-17 A few questions: Can we get magic bands? We have reservations for princess breakfast, Kona cafe, Tusker's, and Mickey's Cafe. Anything else we shouldn't miss?

    Hi, Traci!

Thanks so much for stopping by the Moms Panel! You are just going to love staying at Disney's Polynesian Resort. The Resort and its grounds are absolutely gorgeous!

MagicBands are currently being tested by a limited number of Guests. My best recommendation is to be sure to set up your My Disney Experience account and connect your Resort reservation number to it. That way, in the event that your family is selected for the testing phases, you'll be all set up!

You've got some great Advanced Dining Reservations too! Be sure to check out the newly opened Princess Fairytale Hall in Magic Kingdom Park for a not-to-be-missed, royal experience. Also, since you will be visiting during one of the most magical times of the year, be sure to stop by each of the Resort hotels along the monorail line because the holiday decorations are simply magnificent! One last thing, check out this Mom's View question with lots of different suggestions from many of our Panelists on different must-haves for a 6 year-old's birthday!

I sure hope this helps, Traci! Please let us know if we can help with any other questions you think of!

Wishing your daughter a Happy Birthday and Pixie Dusted vacation!
