    We will be staying at the Polynesian on October 31st and am disappointed to find out that there will be no trick or treating in Downtown Disney this year. Aside from Mickey's Halloween party, are there any Disney on-site trick or treating options?

    There's an unofficial option for trick-or-treating on Halloween, Vivien.  Campers at Fort Wilderness not only go all out with their Halloween decorations, but so, too, do many of them choose to pass candy out to the little pirates and princesses who come knocking on the camper door come Halloween night.  Like I said, this is an unofficial event in that Disney doesn't sponsor it, but it is an alternative for those guests who choose not to attend Mickey's big party that night.  Enjoy!
