We are staying at the Polynesian next week. My son needs a cool mist humidifier at night - will the hotel provide one or should we plan on bringing our own?

I would definitely plan on bringing your humidifier from home, Sarah.  To my knowledge, a humidifier is not one of the amenities any of the Disney resorts are able to offer their guests.  If your unit is big and bulky and would be cumbersome to travel with, you might check into renting one from a medical supply company during your stay in Orlando.  That might be a more feasible option than lugging yours from home.  Good luck, and I hope your son stays well during your visit!

Given your inclination to plan a magical trip, I can already tell we have a lot in common. I'm Darcie, and my friends would be the first to tell you that Disney trip planning (especially dining!) is my love language. Of course, the vacations my family enjoys today look much different than they did when our kids were little, but while some of our favorite activities have evolved, Disney destinations still top our travel wish lists. Let's work together to plan a downright dreamy vacation for your family! Learn More About Darcie
