    We will be staying at the Polynesian from May 17-23 and had a couple building preferences. Do you think it is better to call and make these requests or online check-in will be just the same? Or do both?

    Hi, Katrina!   I love staying at the Polynesian.    What a great resort!

    If you have building preferences, I would call now and have your requests noted on your reservation.   To do this, call (407)W-DISNEY and have your reservation number handy.  Then, when doing your online check-in, you can mention again which buildings your prefer.  

    While requests cannot be guaranteed, Disney will try to accommodate as many guests as possible.
