    Hello. Staying at the Polynesian 1/28, lagoon view. Is it possible to make a request for a specific longhouse and floor. If so what is the best way to go about making my request. Thanks

    Hi Shauna!!!

    I recently stayed at Disney's Polynesian Resort for the first time and loved it!!

    I was able to request a specific longhouse and floor and was fortunate enough to have both of my requests granted.  I specified on my Online Check-In my requests.  Then I would recommend calling Disney's Polynesian Resort at (407) 824-2000 about three days prior to arrival and making those requests over the phone.  Finally, when you check-in at the resort, confirm the requests you made and remind the Front Desk of them.  I did all three of these and it worked for me.  Please keep in mind that requests cannot be guaranteed, but they will do everything possible to grant your request(s)!!!
