    We are staying at the Polynesian in July. I made our reservation for a garden view room. I want to be near the pool and monorail. What area should I request a room for?

    Hi Mary!

       The Polynesian Resort is an amazing Resort!  The village longhouses that are closest to the Nanea Volcano Pool and the Great Ceremonial House where the Monorail Station is are Rarotonga, Tonga, Niue, Samoa, and Hawaii.  I listed these five Polynesian longhouses in order of being located closest to both the Monorail and the Nanea Volcano Pool.

    I hope that your stay at the Polynesian Resort is filled with warm, tropical breezes and magical island memories on your next trip to Walt Disney World!
