    We are staying at the Polynesian in a Deluxe Villa standard room. We are NOT DVC members and rented through Disney. What "member" benefits will we have access to (laundry?) and what are the kitchenettes in these rooms stocked with?

    Thank you so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. My family and I just returned from a trip during which we stayed at Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows. This is a beautiful and lush resort, and the proximity to Magic Kingdom is wonderful! It is fantastic that Disney Vacation Club accommodations can be reserved using traditional payment methods such as credit cards by visiting the Walt Disney World website.

    I spoke with a cast member today who checked and let me know that if you made your reservation for a Deluxe Studio at Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows through Disney, you should be able to access the laundry facilities there.

    As to the kitchenette in a Deluxe Studio at Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows, you will find it well-stocked with glasses and coffee mugs, as well as some paper plates, bowls, and plastic silverware. You will also find a coffee maker and toaster, as well as paper towels, dish soap, sponge and dish towel.
