Staying at Polynesian Aug 2014 in a standard view room. Will the room have a day bed that we can make up in addition to the 2 queen size beds? Thanks Moms!

    Hi Paula,

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. Yes, the sofa in the rooms at the Polynesian easily folds down into a twin-sized bed. My family stayed at the Polynesian during Thanksgiving week last year, and it made my daughters happy to have an alternative to sharing a bed.

The day bed was quite comfy for both my daughters, who are 5'5" and 5'8". (They alternated nights there.) If members of your party aren't averse to sharing a bed like my offspring, the day bed allows you to accommodate an extra person in the room.

Enjoy your visit to Walt Disney World. Please let us know if we can do anything to help as you finalize your plans.
