Hi, we will be staying at the Polynesian in April; we will be staying in the resort itself (not villas): does anyone know if there is a coffee maker and refrigerator in the resort rooms?

Aloha, Tara, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We’re headed for a tropical paradise today at the Walt Disney World Resort!

I just love the idyllic ambiance of Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort. From the moment you arrive and a Cast Member greets you with a warm “Welcome Home” and offers you a colorful lei, you’ll feel like you’ve been transported to the South Pacific. And you’re still just a monorail ride away from both the Magic Kingdom Park and Epcot.

Plus, you'll have many of the comforts of home right in your room! Standard rooms at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort do include a pod-style coffee maker along with a dorm-sized refrigerator. Just what you need to have your morning cup of java and a splash of creamer.

Tara, your Resort hotel is also home to some of the most unique restaurants and lounges at Walt Disney World. Where else can you sip a cocktail from a pineapple, snack on a famous Dole Whip, or see a fire dancer at a luau? You’ll have so much fun exploring it all!

I hope this helps you plan a sun-sational stay at Walt Disney World’s own slice of paradise, Tara. Please hang ten on over to see us again if you have any more questions!

    Keep Disney Dreaming,

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
