We'll be staying at the Polynesian this April. My kids are 6 and 3 and I'm wondering if they'll be interested in the Aloha dinner show? I'm not sure how long it lasts or even if it's geared towards kids. Thanks for any help.

Hi Lauren! The Spirit of Aloha Polynesian Luau at Disney's Polynesian Resort is an excellent family dinner show. There are two shows every Tuesday through Saturday at 5:15 pm and 8:00 pm. The show lasts approximately 2 hours and is held at Luau Cove at Disney's Polynesian Resort.

My children truly enjoyed the show. The traditional Polynesian music and authentic dance with attire was absolutely breathtaking. The children were actively involved during one part in the show (I do not want to ruin it for you) and the food was delicious.

I would recommend that you make reservations for the 5:15 pm show, because you have younger children. We went to the 8:00 pm show and our four year old fell asleep for the last half hour of the show. And of course, he had to be carried back to the car. Yet, we can not wait to go again with family and friends. We were amazed at the culture and creativity of this show.

Lauren, I know that you and your family will enjoy the Spirit of Aloha dinner show. Have a Magical Vacation!
