We will be staying at both Polynesian and Animal Kingdom Lodge club level rooms in a couple weeks. In recent years we’ve stayed at other deluxe resorts at club level and have never received turndown service. Did they stop doing it altogether? I miss it!!

Aloha and Jambo, Danelle! Welcome to planDisney and thanks for stopping by with such a great question.

Wow. All I can say is WOW! I love doing a split stay, where my family and I enjoy the amenities and locations of two different Resorts, but your upcoming vacation sounds like the split stay of all split stays. With their unbeatable theming, pools and dining options, the Polynesian and Animal Kingdom Lodge are two of my favorite Disney Resort hotels. Top that with a Club Level stay, and you're in for the most magical adventure before you even leave your Resorts!

I hate to be the bearer of some not-so-magical news, but I spoke with a Cast Member who informed me that turndown service has not returned to Walt Disney World Resorts. My family member who stayed Club Level at the Polynesian last month also confirmed that her travel party did not receive nightly turndown service, unfortunately. But Hakuna Matata! It means "no worries." Rest assured that as a guest at a Deluxe Resort, you will receive daily full housekeeping services, as well as the exclusive Club Level Concierge perks. Enjoy!

Danelle, did you know that you can reserve a private Oasis Patio at the Polynesian's quiet Oasis Pool? The Patios are private, shaded, quiet and comfy and can accommodate up to six guests. My bestie and I reserved one for the day during our last stay at the Polynesian, and we loved not having to hunt for the perfect spot by the pool. We brought snacks and drinks and had the BEST. DAY. EVER! To check availability and reserve a Patio, call (407) WDW-PLAY or (407) 939-7529. Happy lounging!

While this probably wasn't the answer you were hoping for, Danelle, I hope it was at least helpful! I'm wishing you the most amazing upcoming vacation at the Most Magical Place on Earth. Please feel free to stop by any time with any questions you may have. We are 'ohana now!

    'Ohana means family,
