After staying at the Poly 3 times- we decided to mix it up and stay at BC. We'll miss the monorail but we are excited to be close to Epcot. I've heard the rooms at BC aren't nearly as nice as the Poly. I'm thinking of switching back. Whats yr opinion?

I don't think you'll be disappointed at the Beach Club!

The Polynesian rooms are larger and average approximately 409 square feet. The last rehab brought some wonderful touches to the South Pacific style rooms including a flat screen TV. It is wonderful to be on the monorail line!

However, the Beach Club offers it's own special amenities. Stormalong Bay provides superb water recreation. Depending on the date of your vacation, you may want to factor in that this pool will be closed for renovations from January 5 until April 15, 2009.

Most guest rooms at the Beach Club are 380 sq. feet with a seaside motif. The rooms are undergoing a rehab now. I've seen pictures of the new rooms and can't wait to stay there again! Beautiful dark wood beds, flat screen TV on the wall, new linens and more.

The walk to Epcot is beautiful. I love walking to the International Gateway in the morning and strolling towards Future World. At night, enjoy Illuminations and then walk back to your room. It couldn't be any easier! I also enjoy the water transportation to Hollywood Studios. If you prefer, you can walk. You'll also have many dining choices within walking distance.

I'm not sure that I favor one resort over the other. I think it's fun to stay at different resorts!
