We're staying at the Poly next week. Bringing a Princess Dress that was purchased at the Disney Store and it will need to be steamed/pressed. Is that a service that BBB can provide with my granddaughters appointment or the hotel?

    Hello Susan!

Congratulations on your vacation, which is coming up very soon, to Walt Disney World.  Bringing a dress with you to the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique is a great way maximize the value of a Disney Dollar.  Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique requests that each child be ready with clean hair, nails and already dressed for their make over.  At this time they do not offer pressing service, but not to worry each Disney Resort has a dry cleaning service that can take care of the pressing of your granddaughters dress.  In some cases they can have the dry cleaning back to you the very same day and the prices are what you would expect to pay at a dry cleaner (around $15 for a dress).  Once you arrive at your room, just touch the housekeeping button to schedule a pick up and they will take care of the rest.  Just make sure to allow enough time between your appointment and for the dress to be delivered back to your resort.  I hope this helps and please let us know if we can answer anymore of your questions!

    Enjoy your "Disney Time!"
