Staying at the Poly 5/30 - 6/7 with our 9, 6, 2, and 9 mos old. We have a babysitter, so our plans are flexible. Should we visit the parks with the babies in the a.m. or in the p.m.? I'm worried about the heat, but also not sure how they will fair at night

There is heat in the mornings, but not to bad, the early evening hours are a great time as well, but keep in mind, there are fireworks, in the evenings, and various light shows dependant on the park.  You littlest one's may not appreciate the loud sounds, or the music, as much as you may.  You may want to take them back to the room closer to the time, or take a trip to the Baby Center's or a store during the shows, if you baby is sensitive to loud noises.  There is much to see and do all times of the day.  We have 5 so, I've had them in backpack carriers, front carrier, strollers, and in my arms.  If your stroller has a canopy to help with the sun, but also a sheet to drape over the stroller, just a single sized bed sheet can drape, but can breathe, so it doesn't get too hot, but blocks the suns rays.  We found that worked better than a towel.  hats, and baby sunglasses, yes, they work...and a lot of patience...Head to the parks with the Early Magic Hours in morning, to get the most of your morning time.  Have a great trip!!!
