We are staying at Poly and the Kona Island Sushi Bar sounds great for adults in group. Is carryout possible here? If so, would it be okay to eat sushi at the Capt. Cook's tables if the children are eating Capt. Cook food? We are visiting off-season. Thanks

Aloha Nicole! Disney's Polynesian Resort is truly one of my favorite places to stay in Walt Disney World and the dining options are both plentiful and delicious!!

You are most certainly welcome to request your sushi "to go" at the Kona Island Sushi Bar and take your food items to Captain Cook's Snack Company for more seating options with your children. I would recommend an outdoor patio table under one of the big umbrellas as a nice, tropical location. Indoor seating includes a large booth selection for families. When I visited Captain Cook's last summer, there was an option to choose already made sushi in the grab and go section so, that might also meet your needs.

Thanks for taking the time to visit us at the Walt Disney World Moms Panel and feel free to send more questions our way in the days leading up to your trip! May your Disney vacation be Poly perfect in every way!
