    We are staying at the Poly and heard that Trader Sams is a must for a fun cocktail. Any suggestions on what drinks we should order? I was told depending on the drink the atmosphere will change? Will our 12 yo be able to come in and sit with us? Thank you!!

    Trader Sam's Grog Grotto is one of my favorite new spots at Walt Disney World Resort to enjoy some fantastic food, yummy drinks and a great time! I've had the opportunity to visit a few times with friends now and sample many of the tasty options on the menu. My favorite drink on the menu is the HippopotoMai-Tai, with "TWO SHOTS OF RUM" and I also really love the Dark & Tropical Stormy. Be warned, don't anger Uh-Oa during your trip by ordering the wrong thing. And watch out for an eruption of Krakatoa Volcano! AHHHHHHH! I even brought home a few souvenir cups to remind me of the awesome time we had.

    The entire family can enjoy Trader Sam's Grog Grotto from opening until 8 p.m. After that, only Guests 21 years old and over can enter. Say hi to the shrunken zombie heads, Uh-Oa and the fantastic Cast Members for me at Trader Sam's! T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
