    Staying at Poly club level early December.Want to try and get ADR 4 CRT,Le Cellier,CM's and few others.Should I book direct from South Africa over phone or leave it in the hands of the Poly club level concierge?Thanks so much, you guys are great.

    Greetings Magda!  I am sure you are looking forward to your upcoming Disney vacation in December.  The Polynesian is a wonderful resort and you will enjoy the club level amenities.

    One of the features about staying on a Club Level of a resort is the use of the concierge's that are there to help you with your visit.  I would suggest you make one call to the concierges and let them know about all the dining reservations you are requesting and let them handle this for you.  Impress upon them the importance of these dining needs and explain that it is difficult to do from South Africa and that you are leaving it in their dependable hands.

    I have done this several times for vacations and they have been wonderful.  Mistakes can happen but it can happen even when you are doing the calling yourself.  You are paying for this service when you stay on Club Level and you should certainly feel comfortable using it.  Again explain your circumstances, give them some alternative options in case they run into a problem, and provide them with your phone and email to use for correspondence.
