We are staying at the Poly in Aug. Are there any cool events or ceremonies that our family can 'volunteer' for and participate in (like the flag event at the WL)?

Aloha Dave!We just returned from the Polynesian a couple of weeks ago, and they had many offerings of special events during the week. However, I don't thing any were quite as unique as the Flag Family at the Wilderness Lodge. Here is a sampling of some of the events: hula lessons, torch lighting ceremony, water noodle games, arts and crafts (my sons painted Tiki masks), campfire sing-alongs on the beach, kite making, water basketball, water relays, and assorted beach games.
