We are staying at POFQ and plan to eat dinner one night at Kona Cafe. Do we have to take the bus to the Magic Kingdom or is there another stop somewhere else, like the TTC, that puts us closer to the Polynesian?

    Hi Jessica!

You are going to love dinner at Kona Cafe in the Polynesian Resort!  Kona Cafe is one of my favorite restaurants in Walt Disney World!  You can take a Disney Bus from Port Orleans French Quarter to the Magic Kingdom and then take a boat or the Resort Monorail to the Polynesian Resort. This trip can take between 45 to 60 minutes.  Another option for you would be to take a bus or boat from Port Orleans French Quarter to Downtown Disney and then get on a bus heading to the Polynesian Resort.  This method will not be any quicker and it may take longer as well.  You can always take a taxi directly from Port Orleans French Quarter to the Polynesian Resort.  This way does cost money, but it typically is under $20.00 including tip and it will get you there in 15 to 20 minutes.

I hope that your Kona Cafe dinner is memorable and magical on your next trip to Walt Disney World!
