    Hi, we're staying at pofq in May this year and have reservations at chef mickeys at 8am, we're planning on taking a taxi. Do we need to bring our car seats? our children are 3 and 5 or can we hire them? Thanks

    Hi Melissa!

    If you're taking a taxi to your early Chef's Mickey's breakfast at Disney's Contemporary Resort, I'd suggest you phone the taxi service and schedule your pick up.  You can request the seats at that time, and that way you'll know exactly what time to expect your ride!  Some taxis do have spare seats, but it isn't always a guarantee, if you schedule your pick-up and request the seats, you should be set!

    One thing I'd like to mention, Disney Transportation operates buses for those early morning Character Breakfasts.  You just need to make sure you're at your bus stop no later than 7:15 am, and hop on the bus labeled Character Breakfast.  Then, mention to the driver that you're headed to Disney's Contemporary Resort for breakfast with Mickey!  You can also hop on a Magic Kingdom bus, and then either walk to Disney's Contemporary Resort (it's an easy walk, even with our 3 children), or hop on the monorail for a ride.
