    We're staying at POFQ in May (3rd-17th) & I wanted to have a few bits sent over there so it's waiting for us when we arrive. When will the hotel start accepting deliveries on our behalf? And what should I get printed on the shipping label? Thanks

    Hi Caryn!

    Your Walt Disney World vacation is just around the corner, you must be so excited!  Shipping items to your resort is a great way to save room in your luggage and not have to deal with the hassles of traveling with extra items or all those wonderful souvenirs when you return home.  Resorts will typically hold items for guests around 10 days before their arrival, so make sure to send your package in time to reach its destination just not too far in advance.
    When filling out the shipping label in the c/o line you will need to put the reservation #, party name and date of arrival.  I also highly suggest taking a red permanent marker and writing "Hold for Guest" plus the reservation number on the box itself just to make sure it ends up in the right area.  I hope this helps and please let us know if you have anymore questions!
