We are staying @ POFQ March 13-18th. We have the dining plan. I've booked a few restaurants. My husband likes to "wing it" - ie: no reservations. Is that a good idea? Will we find places to eat on short notice?

Hi Sue! I love POFQ!! I usually travel with a husband who also likes to "wing it". And we rarely find a restaurant that can accommodate us at the last minute (I can't say never because ONCE we did). I would recommend that you schedule at least a few sit-down meals, even maybe a dinner show. There are so many wonderful dining options at WDW. You should check out all of these dining options on the dining section of the WDW website, where you will find information about the restaurants, specially how many dining plan meals you have left.
I hope you have a Magical WDW vacation!
