We are staying at POFQ in late July with our 2 year old daughter. I would like to request a room in a quieter area of the hotel since we will be back at the room mid-day for her to nap. Any suggestions?

    Hi Cindy!

The Port Orleans French Quarter is such a beautiful resort - great choice! I think that you will find most areas here to be quiet and peaceful. The only advice I would offer is to try and request one of the buildings that aren't closest to the Doubloon Lagoon area, as they probably see a higher amount of foot traffic when people walk to the pool. The building closest to the main pool are numbers 2 and 5.

I would probably request a room in building number 3 or 4. These are both close to the food court area and bus stop, but are not right next to the hustle and bustle of the pool. (Building 4 is slightly closer to the bus stop than building 3.)

I hope this helps! I hope you have a great vacation!
