Staying at POFQ. Epcot WS on 11/17 with ADR @ Cape May @720pm, then want to do Boardwalk. Will have a car. Advice on transportation? Can we park @ Epcot, do BW and walk back thru Epcot? Or DW trans? Also have 920pm ADR @ Ohana 11/16. car or DW trans?

The plan for your Epcot World Showcase day on November 17th looks great, Susan!  As for getting around, you certainly can park at Epcot during the day and leave the car there while you explore the BoardWalk area.  It does make for a long walk back to your car in the evening after Cape May, but it really is the best option.

For 'Ohana, I would definitely recommend using your own car.  You'll be getting out of there fairly late that night and you don't want to mess with taking a bus to another park to switch to a bus to your resort.  Driving your own vehicle won't be a problem.  You'll just tell the Cast Member at the security booth that you are visiting for a short time for dinner.  He or she may check the reservation list for your name, or just look at your Key to the World card and/or an ID.  You will then be permitted to park at the Polynesian to enjoy your meal.  The best part, of course, is that at the close of that meal, you can waltz right out to your car and drive yourself "home" without having to wait on any form of Disney transportation.  Have a great trip!
