    We are staying at POFQ. We have dinner reservations at Rain Tree Forest at 5:00 after we tour AK. Will we still have bus transportation since AK will be closed when we want to go home. Perhaps we should plan to drive to the park.

    Hi Deborah!  You have a very valid question.  Disney states that bus transportation will run for 1 hour after park closing - this will mean you only have until 6 pm to finish your dinner and get on that bus back to Disney's Port Orleans French Quarter Resort.  I think this time-frame is not going to be possible for you, and I would highly suggest driving to the park that day so that you can enjoy your dinner to its fullest without having to rush.  I think a dinner at the Rainforest Cafe is a perfect ending to a day at Disney's Animal Kingdom Park - enjoy!
