Hello! Staying at PO in Oct. We have reservations at Cape May at 9:50am What is the best transportation route to get there? What time should we leave POR? last timewe took the bus to HS and then planned on the boat to BC but missed the boat and had to walk

    Hello Megan,

Thanks for stopping by for us to help you with your planning needs. Finding the best route between locations at Walt Disney World can sometimes be tricky, especially when traveling between two resorts. Because a transfer is almost always required going from resort to resort, I would plan to leave Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside an hour before your reservation. That way you won't feel rushed and it should take into account the time you might have to wait for your mode of transportation.

I suggest taking the bus to Downtown Disney and then transferring to a bus bound for Disney's Beach Club. Typically, buses are running more frequently in the mornings, so if you just miss one, hopefully you won't have to wait too much longer for the next one to come around. However, that is why I always provide a cushion of time for those kinds of scenarios.

I hope this helps and you have a scrumptious breakfast at Cape May Cafe! Be sure to say hello to Goofy for me.
