    We are staying at PC. How far are the parks, incl Waterparks & Downtown Disney by bus? We have our car. From what I have read, sounds like we should drive to the WP & Downtown Disney. What are your thoughts on bus vs car.

    Hi Samantha!

         The typical ride times once you are on a bus from the Pop Century Resort to the theme parks, water parks, and Downtown Disney are as follows:

    Magic Kingdom approximately 25 minutes
    Epcot approximately 20 minutes
    Hollywood Studios approximately 15 minutes
    Animal Kingdom approximately 15 minutes
    Downtown Disney approximately 20 minutes
    Typhoon Lagoon approximately 20 minutes
    Blizzard Beach approximately 15 minutes

    Keep in mind that these times are once you are actually on the bus.  If you have a car, I would recommend driving to everyplace, but the Magic Kingdom because it will save you time.  When you drive to the Magic Kingdom, you have to park at the Ticket and Transportation Center and then take a Monorail or a Ferry Boat to the Magic Kingdom entrance.  As much as I love the Disney buses, they can be crowded at peak times such as early in the morning or after a fireworks show.
