Welcome to planDisney Stephen!
Starting off your vacation with a stay in
Walt Disney World is a great idea! I like flying in a day early so I don't feel rushed if there are any flight delays. Also, being at a Disney Resort will get you in that Disney mood, and you will be ready to set sail when your sail date arrives! Well planned my friend!
To book Disney Cruise transportation from your resort to Port Canaveral,
give a call to a friendly Disney Cruise Line agent who will be happy to set up that transfer for you. If you like, you can even book a motorcoach to take you to the Orlando post-cruise. When you call, have all your travel dates and flight times available and the agents will get you in ship shape for your transfers.
As you prepare for your Disney Cruise, download the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. This will be your "go to" once onboard. You will find everything from dining options to entertainment schedules to being able to check on your stateroom folio. I really like the CHAT feature so I can keep in contact with my travel companions onboard.
Wishing you a magical Disney vacation, both on land and at sea!
