I am staying outside of the Disney Resorts and was thinking of getting park hopper tickets is it best for me to park car and go from park to park in my own car or can I take the monorail

    Hey Annette!

I love taking the Monorail when Park Hopping between The Magic Kingdom and Epcot. But if you are going to Disney's Hollywood Studios or Disney's Animal Kingdom you'll be better off getting back in your car.

A great thing to know is that once you pay the parking fee at one Park, it is good for that entire day at ALL of the Disney Theme Parks!

There is one more Park Hop transportation that you might want to know about and that is you can take one of Disney's Friendship boats between Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios, with stops at a few Disney Resorts in between.  This isn't a fast option, but it is a lovely ride and a chance to relax.

I hope that you have a fabulous trip!!
