Hi Beth,
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We're excited to hear that you'll be returning to the most magical place on earth for another incredible Disney vacation!
I'm happy to let you know that yes, you
will be able to make
FastPass+ selections ahead of time for the days you'll be visiting the theme parks and staying off-site. While you'll be able to make FastPass+ selections for all of your
Disney Resort hotel days, including your check-in
and check-out days, beginning at 7:00 a.m. Eastern time 60 days before your check-in day, for the days where you're staying off-site, you'll simply need to wait until 30 days prior to each individual day to make your FastPass+ selections. I would suggest finding times for the most popular attractions (like Avatar - Flight of Passage and Slinky Dog Dash) using your 60-day planning advantage, and you'll likely even find the most availability closer to the middle or end of your Disney Resort hotel stay. Don't forget, too, that after you enjoy each day's initial three selections, you may use the My Disney Experience app or an in-park kiosk to make additional FastPass+ selections, one at a time, pending availability. I LOVE the FastPass+ service and all of the time that it saves our family!
As I'm reading your question, I also want to make sure that you know that if you purchased your tickets after October 15, 2018, you'll need to add the Flexible Date Option to your theme park tickets or else your
7-day tickets will expire 10 days after your selected start date. Since you're staying so long, I'd hate for you to think you had some extra time remaining on your tickets when they've actually expired! I hope that you have a truly magical vacation, Beth!
