    We will be staying on-site for our visit and would like to utilize the EMH however, we will be checking into our hotel AFTER our fun day at the park. Can we participate in the EMH the first day of our reservation even if we aren’t checked in yet?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Glenda!

    Hooray for a visit to the Walt Disney World Resort and a stay inside the magic! There’s really nothing quite like it. I love that when you stay at one of the amazing resort hotels on property, you are immersed in magic during your entire visit. With the attention to detail and unique theming of each resort hotel, it feels like you’re visiting a whole new world!

    Glenda, as a guest staying on property, you will be able to enjoy numerous magical benefits during your stay, like those Extra Magic Hours, which allow you to enjoy the magic at the Theme Parks longer. Once you arrive, if your MagicBand (which is complimentary with your resort hotel stay) is linked to your My Disney Experience account along with all your reservations and vacation information, you are absolutely welcome to enjoy all those benefits as soon as you arrive.

    I recommend doing online check-in so once you’re done with your adventure-filled day at the parks, you can bypass the check-in line and go straight to your room! You can set up a text message alert that will provide you with your room number. And if you drop your bags off at bell services before you go play, they will magically be in your room waiting for you when you arrive. Pretty magical, right?!
