    Hi, we are staying onsite at old key west in June, and I am wondering when we can start sending packages to our resort. I am wanting to buy some things off Amazon and disneystore.com for arrival before we get there. Thanks.

    Hello, Philippa!  Welcome to the Moms Panel!

    Disney Resorts ask that you send your packages at least 10 days prior to your arrival and no sooner. With many guests taking advantage of this service due to heavy airline luggage costs, you can imagine the storage that is required for each resort.

    Make sure to include your full name and arrival date on your package.  I have included the address for Old Key West below along with their phone number.
