We are staying onsite at Disney. Do we have to separately purchase MagicBands or do they automatically come with our room at check in?

    Hi Cheryl,

Congratulations on your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation!  One of the perks of staying at a Disney Resort hotel is that each Guest will receive a complimentary MagicBand with which you will utilize to unlock the door to your Resort hotel room.  Guests staying at a Disney Resort hotel also have the ability to customize their MagicBands by logging into their My Disney Experience account.  To customize your MagicBand you will first need to create and log-in to your My Disney Experience Account and then select the option of "MagicBands and Cards" underneath the heading of My Account.  At that point you will be able to select the color of your MagicBand as well as the name to be displayed on the inside.

Have a Magical vacation Cheryl!  Please let us know if you have any further MagicBand or vacation planning questions.  We are always happy to help.
