When staying at one of the three hotels at Disneyland in Anaheim, can the guest access the facilities (eg pools) at the other two Disneyland hotels as well?

Welcome to planDisney, John! Thank you for visiting and bringing us your question.

I'm so excited for your upcoming Disneyland Resort vacation! My favorite visits include a stay at a Disneyland Resort Hotel. I love the proximity to the Theme Parks, delicious dining options, and the recreation at each hotel.

Regarding recreation, a daily wristband is necessary to access the pools and other amenities on the pool deck. To receive a wristband, a Cast Member will ask for your reservation details. Guests can only utilize the pools at their respective Disneyland Resort Hotel. I apologize if this is not the news you were expecting.

    Keep in mind:

    • In the case that a pool is being refurbished at your hotel, Cast Members will inform you of which pools you can utilize during your stay.
    • If you are staying at the Disneyland Hotel, don't forget that you can use the pools over at The Villas at Disneyland Hotel. This is a new tower at the hotel, which includes a beautiful pool and restaurant you can enjoy.
    • Towels are available on the pool deck. No need to bring the towels from your room!
John, I hope this helps. Your vacation is just around the corner. With a newly transformed Downtown Disney District, the opening of Tiana's Bayou Adventure, and Disneyland Park's 70th anniversary, 2025 will be an exciting year to visit!

Be sure to keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for the latest news. And do visit us again if you have any other questions!

    Your Pal,
