If you are staying at one resort but dining at another, can you use that other resorts pools?

    Hi Julie!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I thoroughly enjoy 'resort hopping' as there is always so much to explore, with each Resort hotel being so unique, but unfortunately at this time Guests are only permitted to use a Resort hotel pool if you have a Resort reservation there. However, you absolutely can visit another Resort hotel to relax and enjoy a different location, if you wish.  Take a stroll around the gardens and enjoy a drink in the sunshine or make a dining reservation there. If you choose to use the complimentary Resort Transportation, some Resort hotels in the Magic Kingdom Resort area are linked by the monorail or a short boat ride, whereas the Disney buses will take you to any Resort hotel from all the Walt Disney World theme parks. For a more time-saving option, you might like to consider using the Minnie Van Service to travel between your different hotels. These are driven by Cast Members and can accommodate up to six Guests. You can make your booking using the Lyft app, which will also show you the cost of this service. Alternatively, you could stop by the front desk of your hotel, and ask them to hail you a taxi cab. Please allow some extra time for this, as there may not be a taxi readily waiting at the resort.

Dining reservations are recommended, and can be made up to 180 days in advance, online or by using your My Disney Experience account.  Remember to keep your eye on the Disney Parks Blog for all the latest official news and updates on events that may be happening during your visit.

Please come back and visit us if you have any further questions. We will be happy to help you plan your magical vacation to Walt Disney World.
