I will be staying one night at the Pop Century and will be towing with a pickup truck a small (5’X8’) rental trailer. What are my parking options?

Hi, Patricia! Thanks for “POPping” in to see us here at planDisney. It’s always a pleasure to meet another Floridian!

How groovy that you have a stay at Disney’s Pop Century Resort coming up so soon! It’s become a real family favorite for us, especially now that we can hop aboard the Disney Skyliner and fly to Disney’s Hollywood Studios and EPCOT. I honestly think my son could just ride in a gondola all day long!

Another big plus about Pop is that there’s a plethora of parking. The lot serving the ‘70s and ‘80s sections is quite large, as is the lot on the opposite side of the Resort hotel in the ‘50s section. Cast Members will likely direct you to the best spot to leave your vehicle for the night, but you should have no problem parking your small trailer there. Also, I'd consider giving Guest Relations a call to have the fact that you're bringing a trailer noted on your reservation. It never hurts to give them a heads-up!

I hope you have a totally tubular time at the Walt Disney World Resort, Patricia. Please be sure to hang ten on over again if you have any more questions!

    Keep Disney Dreaming,

    Kathy K.

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
