When staying at one of the hotels, are you able to check in with valet and give your luggage for them to hold on to and go in the park prior to actually checking in at the front desk?

Hey there, hi there, ho there, Tasha, you’re as welcome as can be to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I’m so excited for your Disneyland Resort adventures to begin in less than a month! You’re going to love staying at the Disneyland Resort Hotels, too – you never have to leave the magic!

So, here’s how the process works for arriving early at your Disneyland Resort Hotel. You’ll still want to head to the Front Desk to begin the check-in process, even if your room isn’t ready. At this time, you'll be able to get your tickets (if you purchased your room as part of a Vacation Package) and your room key. You will need both your tickets and your room key to experience Extra Magic Hour, which is the early-admission benefit you receive for staying at a Disneyland Resort Hotel. Also, don’t forget to ask for a text message alert to notify you when your room is ready.

Then, you can go ahead and drop off your luggage at Bell Services, and head to the parks to get the magic started! Once you receive your text, and you’re ready for your luggage, simply call Bell Services to have it brought up to your room. On your day of departure, you can leave your luggage with Bell Services until midnight while you make the most of your last Disney day!

Here’s the Entertainment Schedule for your arrival day, so you can start mapping out the magic now. Don't forget to make Dining Reservations for any must-do meals, too.

We can’t wait to see ya’ real soon!

Meet the Panelist: Kristin, California

Greetings from sunny California! I live less than an hour from the Disneyland Resort, and have been an Annual Passholder (and now a Magic Key Passholder) for more than 20 years! As a mom of three kids ages 5-10, I consider myself an expert at navigating the Disneyland Resort with little ones. My family of five can’t get enough of the magic and happiness we encounter every time we step foot on Main Street, U.S.A. I look forward to sprinkling pixie dust on your next visit to the Happiest Place on Earth! Learn More About Kristin
