Will be staying at Old Key West Resort Spring 2024. What type of coffee set-up is in the rooms - Keurig style coffee maker with pods, or drip coffee maker with packets? If packets or pods supplied, how much - enough for more than week?

    Hi there, Paula!

I'm happy to answer your question about one of the most important parts of a Walt Disney World Resort vacation - COFFEE! While I'm not a coffee drinker myself, my husband is, and I'm well aware of the importance of a good cup of java to start your Disney day.

Now, let's talk about the coffee setup at Disney's Old Key West Resort to ensure you start your magical mornings just right. For those staying in Deluxe Studios, 1-bedroom, or 2-bedroom Villas, you'll be greeted by a classic 12-cup Mr. Coffee drip coffeemaker, ready to brew up some morning magic. These rooms come equipped with complimentary Joffrey's Coffee & Tea "pods". These packets combine coffee and filter in one, offering both regular and decaf options, and are usually a medium roast blend, perfect for a wide range of coffee lovers. You'll also be provided various creamers and sweeteners to customize your coffee until it's practically perfect. As for the quantity,  you'll start with a few packets in your room. If you're planning a stay for over a week, no worries! You can always request more packets from Mousekeeping to keep your coffee supply well-stocked throughout your stay.

Guests enjoying a stay in a 3-bedroom Grand Villa should find a Cuisinart coffeemaker that can brew a full pot or cater to individual tastes with a K-cup feature. For villas with this type of coffeemaker, along with the Joffrey's Coffee & Tea "pods", you'll also find individual K-cup pods as well.

No need to worry about brewing your own morning coffee if that's not your cup of tea, or should I say - coffee! Each resort serves up fresh coffee daily for guests to enjoy. At Old Key West, you can place a Mobile Order for Espresso, Café Mocha, Cappuccino, or Latte at Olivia's Cafe To Go using the My Disney Experience Mobile App, or pop into Good's Food To Go for Joffrey's Coffee, Cappuccino or a Latte, or even a delicious Cold Brew (add a flavor shot for a delicious twist!).

I've enjoyed "spilling the beans" about coffee at Disney's Old Key West Resort - your cup should now be filled to the brim with the answers you were looking for!

Here's to lots of magical "brew-ventures" on your Disney vacation!
