    Hi, we are staying at Old Key West Resort in October this year and I wanted to ask if you are using the sofa-bed in your room do you make this up yourself each evening or does someone come in to do this for you?

    Hi Barbara!

    I'm not aware of Old Key West offering turndown service in the evenings. My husband has always made up the sofabed for our son at the DVC villas in which we've stayed (Saratoga Springs, Beach Club and Boardwalk). There is usually bedding in the closet or in a drawer. Fresh bedding and additional pillows can also be ordered from Housekeeping if needed.

    Enjoy OKW! It's a beautiful resort.
