We are staying at the Old Key West Resort in June 2010. We would like to stay close to the Hospitality House. What areas would you recommend? Thank you for the advice

    Hi Sue,

We are Disney Vacation Club members, and love spending time at Old Key West Resort.  The villas at this beautiful property are huge!  The main pool area is lovely, and my children greatly enjoy the giant sand-play zone.  In addition, Olivia's has THE best key lime pie at Disney (in my humble opinion, of course)!  The atmosphere of this original DVC property is very laid-back, and relaxing.  It is a wonderful retreat to return to after a long day in the parks!  In addition, it's proximity to Downtown Disney makes it a wonderful option if you plan to head there for dining and shopping.  I'm guessing you are going to be very happy with your choice of "home" for your Disney vacation.

We also like to stay nearby the Hospitality House so that we can walk to the gift shop, main pool area and Olivia's.  If you'd like to be near this location, you should request buildings 11, 12, 13, 14,  23, 24, 25 or 26 when you make your reservation.  You can also simply request to be near the hospitality house.

    Have a wonderful visit!
