Welcome to planDisney, Karen!
Karen, kicking off the spring season with a stay at
Disney's Old Key West Resort sounds Magical! My family and I love the laid-back island vibes, the Sandcastle Pool and (
of course...)
Olivia's Cafe at Disney's Old Key West Resort. I hope you are able to take advantage of this relaxing atmosphere and are getting excited for your trip!
First, I'm happy to report that if you are staying in a 1-Bedroom, 2-Bedroom or 3-Bedroom Grand Villa, a Pack ‘n Play® playard should come standard in your villa. These are typically found in the closet. If you have booked a Deluxe Studio room, you'll want to
request the Pack ‘n Play® at the Front Desk when you arrive. Karen, we have stayed at a few Deluxe Studio rooms at Disney Vacation Club Resorts that have already had these in the closet and then others that have not, so to be sure to check your closet and make that request. If you will be arriving later in the evening, I recommend
calling Member Services (
if you are a Disney Vacation Club Member) a few days before your arrival and asking the Disney Vacation Club Guide to make a note on your reservation.
Next, Karen, regardless of the room type, you will find all the ingredients to caffeinate your morning including a drip-style coffee pot, filters and a few samples of coffee. Karen, if you have a favorite blend that puts a Zip-a-Dee-Doo-Dah in your day, I recommend bringing that along. You can also purchase ready-to-brew, ground coffee at the
Conch Flats General Store, located near the Hospitality House!
Karen, I hope this helps as you are counting down the days, hours and minutes until you're at the Most Magical Place on Earth. Please come back and see us hEAR at planDisney with any additional questions.
Wishing you a pixie dusted stay!
Lauren
