Hiya Paul –– welcome to planDisney!
It looks like you'll be arriving at the Walt Disney World Resort in just under a month –– how exciting! With check-in right around the corner, now is the perfect time to finalize those last-minute planning details. If you haven't already booked a table at one of Walt Disney World's exciting new restaurants like
Space 220 or
La Creperie de Paris, you can make advance dining reservations directly from the
My Disney Experience app. You'll also want to make sure you've booked your theme park reservations using the
Disney Park Pass system, so you won't miss a moment of magic during your upcoming visit.
Whether you're staying in a
Deluxe Studio with a kitchenette or a Villa with a fully-equipped kitchen, you'll have a great space to fuel up at
Disney's Old Key West Resort. Like you, I think there's no easier way to stock that kitchen than by ordering groceries ahead of time –– so I'm happy to share that grocery delivery is available at all Disney Resorts Collection hotels and campgrounds! You can choose to use any grocery delivery service during your stay and you have a couple of different options when it comes to accepting delivery.
If you'd like to accept the delivery yourself, you're welcome to do so (you'll also have to be present if your order contains age-restricted items like alcohol in order to show a valid photo ID). Bell Services will also be happy to accept your delivery, including refrigerated items, if you're away from the Resort when your order arrives. Be sure to verify the hotel address and make sure your order is addressed to "Guest (name listed on the reservation)" to avoid any confusion. Once you return, you can pick up your items from the Bell Services desk or arrange to have them delivered to your room for an additional fee. It doesn't get much more convenient than that!
Thanks for visiting planDisney, Paul. I'm wishing you lots of magical memories during your upcoming stay at Disney's Old Key West Resort!
See Ya Real Soon,
Amy
