Mom and Daughter at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort Room

    Staying at OKW for 1st time. Seems like it could be a long walk to the Hospitality area. Are there buses that do an internal loop for the guests?

    Hi Mike:

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  You are going to love staying at Disney's Old Key West Resort, it is absolutely beautiful.  It is a very larger resort, and the Hospitality House can be rather far away from some of the villas and resort rooms.  There is an internal resort bus line for guests to travel around as well as the regular Disney transportation buses that make multiple stops throughout the resort.  I would also recommend calling Disney Resort Hotel Reservations at (407) 939-1936 to request a room close to the Hospitality House, if that is important to you.  Requests are not guaranteed, but in my experience Cast Members will do their best to accommodate guests.
