Staying at OKW in Sept. Can I send via Fedex, ups or usps items my 64 year old mother needs to have during 7 day trip to OKW?Bag fees are high and she has difficulty transporting on her own. Do u have phone # for OKW? An Address is all I see. Thanks!

    Hi Theresa,

I like the way you think! Guests are welcome to ship packages to hold for their arrival. I do this almost every time I stay at a Disney Resort. Its one less thing for me to have to remember to pack and risk sending my luggage into the excessive weight category when I fly down.

Here is how you should address the package:

    Disney's Old Key West Resort
    1510 North Cove Road
    Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830

Please hold for Guest (This should be the name that the room reservation is made under)
Guest Arriving on (arrival date here)

Make sure you send your package so that it will arrive a day or two before your check-in date. When you check in, mention that you should have a package - they usually have it waiting at Check-In for you. If not, they will deliver it to your room shortly.

I've shipped packages via UPS and with the U.S. Postal Service and never had any problems. I don't think you'll have any problems with any reliable carriers.

I often take labels with me ready to ship packages back home in the same box at the end of my trip. I usually have a "few" extra souvenEARs that won't fit in my suitcase.

The phone number for Disney's Old Key West Resort is 407-827-7700.

Wishing you minnie magical memories :-) Allison
