We are staying at OKW in Dec & want to ship some snacks, etc ahead of time. How do I do the shipping label? Do I pick the package up when I arrive or will it be delivered? Will they store it if it arrives a day or 2 ahead of time? Thanks!

    Hi Deborah,

Shipping a package ahead of your vacation to Walt Disney World is a great idea.  We did this recently on a vacation, and we loved the convenience of our package being at our resort when we arrived.

To ship a package to yourself at your Walt Disney World Resort, you will need to include your name, your check-in date, the resort name, and resort address on the package.  For your package, you will need to include Disney's Old Key West Resort, 1510 North Cove Road, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830.  Try to ship your package so that it arrives as close to your check-in date as you can; Disney asks for it to arrive no more than 10 days before your check in date.

When you arrive and check-in, you should inquire at the front desk about your package.  On our recent trip, our package was in already in our room when we got to our room; however, you should ask at the front desk in case they have another way for you to get your package, such as your package possibly being at Bell Services.

Enjoy your stay at Disney's Old Key West Resort, Deborah.  It is a wonderful and lovely resort, I so love it there!  Please do not hesitate to ask if you have any further questions.
