El Mercado de Coronado opens each morning at 7am ready to serve up Mickey waffles along with some other great breakfast options.
If you're driving to rope drop at Disney's Hollywood Studios, it may be a bit difficult to get over to Disney's Coronado Springs Resort. Only registered hotel guests and guests who have a dining reservation at Maya Grill will be able to park at the resort. This is due to security reasons and ensuring that registered hotel guests have parking.
You could, however, Uber, Lyft, or use a taxi to be dropped off at Disney's Coronado Springs in order to have breakfast at El Mercado de Coronado. Once you're done enjoying those waffles, you can use the complimentary transportation to get you to Disney's Hollywood Studios.
If it's really just those Mickey Waffles you are craving, I would suggest getting an
Advanced Dining Reservation at Disney's Hollywood Studios or one of the resorts near Disney's Boardwalk. That way you will either already be in the park or very close to park, making it a quick dash to get in at rope drop!
